Was JFK the worst president after Carter and Roosevelt?

Liberals idolize JFK who was an adulterer and almost got our a** kicked by Russia over his mishandling of Bay of Pigs and missiles in Cuba. Roosevelt started the awful welfare state and got us involved in occupying Europe and started Cold War. Carter lost the Middle East and destroyed the American standard of living. Of course I didnt forget Clinton but he wasnt a legitimate president anyway since he only got out of impeachment on a technicality.
