How do you get your eyeliner to look like naomi's from 90210?

I would use one of either the mac fluid line in dipdown or bobbie brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner in Caviar Ink or if you want to go cheaper try elf studio line cream eyeliner in coffee or any other brown gel eyeliner. Apply with an angled liner brush :)
