Baby sister fell and hit head?!?

So my sister is 1 yr old and we were sitting on the couch...She started crawling on the couch but fell off and landed on the wood floor with her back facing the floor. She cried for about 2 minutes but stopped and now she's acting normal...Could this fall affect her when she's older or mess up her back/head or anything??
