Why isn't Obama doing all he can to stop terrorist plots? Does he want terrorists to attack America?

Osama's body wasn't reduced to a fine powder, for all we know, it sunk into the Davey Jones' locker where it was then found by the Kraken, who then reanimated him and gave him a robot body, turning him into MECHA-OSAMA, who then travels back in time and arms King George III with nuclear missiles, thus destroying the US... in the past.
