What's this logo called "VVV" (Pointing down in single file, usually on planes)?

its just a method of counting and pointing in the direction... on the flaps for example the pilot would be able to instantly tell if flaps were fully or partly deployed... and they point in a particular direction so the mechanics dont accidentally put the left wing on the right side of the plane, upside down
